Our story
In a fast-paced world where peace and tranquility are scarce, I always find myself looking for places to disconnect from the outside world and connect with my inner world in order to relieve anxiety and try to relax. The science of holistic healing helped me change my lifestyle for the better.
It includes the study and interpretation of several aspects, the center of which is the human being, including the body, feelings, thoughts, and all the factors affecting that, such as food.
Movement, breathing, and thinking patterns... I started my journey in the science of holistic healing by practicing yoga only... and I found a noticeable difference in my balance.
My thoughts, feelings and reactions to life's pressures. I started practicing meditation, breathing exercises and physical therapy sessions.
Regularly... and then I decided to invest my time and money in something I believe in, and create a positive impact in my life... and I want to share it and spread it with those close to me.
For me, my community and the larger world.. I have obtained various certifications in different fields in holistic medicine sciences for the purpose of knowledge and
Working with it.. My sister shared the stages of this experience and the developments that occurred in different aspects of my life and she was the first to support the idea of establishing a club specialized in these practices.
