General Terms

1.1. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in classes or book appointments. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent.

1.2. Health Declaration:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, including any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.


1.3. Liability Waiver:

By participating in any of our services (all yoga types, sound therapy, massage, etc.), you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You release KUN Club, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or services.

 Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, and Theta Therapy Services


2.1. Pre-Class Requirements:


• All participants must sign a waiver before attending of each class or session.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class to ensure proper preparation.
• Hydrate well before class and avoid eating a heavy meal 1–2 hours prior to class.

2.2. Aerial Yoga Safety:


• Aerial yoga involves the use of suspended hammocks and can be physically challenging. You must follow the instructor’s guidance and use equipment as instructed to avoid injury.
• If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or have any other medical conditions, consult a healthcare provider before participating in aerial yoga classes
.

2.3. General Yoga Safety & Guidelines:


• All yoga classes (including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, etc..) are designed for all levels. If you're new to yoga, let the instructor know before class so they can offer modifications as needed.
• Always listen to your body and take breaks when needed.
• If you have a pre-existing injury or condition, please inform your instructor before class so they can provide guidance on modifications or avoid certain postures.
• Keep your space clear of any personal items to avoid tripping hazards.
• For those with specific health concerns (e.g., back pain, joint issues, or limited mobility), speak with your instructor prior to class for tailored advice on poses or adjustments.

2.4. Sound Bath Sessions Safety & Guidelines:


• Sound bath sessions involve the use of sound waves to promote relaxation and healing. These sessions are suitable for all individuals looking to relieve stress, enhance mental clarity, and achieve deep relaxation.
• Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring blankets or pillows for extra comfort as you lie on your mat.
• It is recommended to hydrate well before and after the session.
• If you have a sensitivity to sound or specific frequencies, please inform the instructor before the session begins.
• Pregnant women, individuals with epilepsy, those with any metal implants in their body, cochlear or hearing devices, or heart valves are prohibited from attending sound healing sessions.

 

2.5. Theta Therapy Sessions Safety & Guidelines:


• Theta Therapy is a guided meditation practice that uses brainwave frequencies to help access deep relaxation, release limiting beliefs, and promote emotional healing.
• Before your first session, please consult with the therapist if you have any specific mental health concerns or questions about the practice.
• Sessions may involve lying or sitting in a comfortable position from 40 to 60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from consuming caffeine right before your session to enhance relaxation.
• During the session, it’s important to focus on being as relaxed as possible. You will be guided into a deeply meditative state. Feel free to ask questions about the process before or after your session.

2.6. Other Services & Recommendations:


For all services, including yoga, sound baths, and Theta therapy, consistency is key for the best results. We recommend attending regularly for a deeper sense of transformation.
• If you are new to meditation or sound therapy, it may take a few sessions to feel the full effects, so be patient with the process.
• For any questions about individual services, specific needs, or to schedule a private session, please reach out to our staff, and we'll be happy to assist you.

2.7. Class Attire:

  • For all classes, wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows free movement.

  • For all yoga classes, please wear long leggings and a form-fitting top. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that could damage the hammocks.

2.8. Class Cancellations:

  • We understand that life can get in the way sometimes, and we want to be as flexible as possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and instructors, we’ve established the following cancellation and no-show policy:

  • Cancellation Window: Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid any penalties.

  •  Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are considered late. No additional fees will be charged; however, the session's value will be credited to your account wallet on our platform. You can use this credit to book new sessions within 14 days from the original session date.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. No credit will be issued for missed sessions.

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

By booking a session, you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Massage Services

3.1. Health Considerations:

  • Inform your massage therapist of any injuries, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.

  • Certain medical conditions may require a doctor’s clearance before receiving massage therapy.

  • Massage is considered a relaxation practice and not intended for therapeutic or medical purposes.

3.2. Massage Etiquette:

  • The therapist will only perform the services you have agreed to during your session.

  • If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please communicate with the therapist immediately.

3.3. Booking and Cancellations:

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled massage appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are considered late. No additional fees will be charged; however, the session's value will be credited to your account wallet on our platform. You can use this credit to book new sessions within 14 days from the original session date. In the case of late arrival, the delay time will be deducted from the session duration to avoid impacting other appointments.

Payment and Fees

4.1. Payment Methods:

  • The full cost of sessions and services must be paid at the time of booking (prior to attendance).

  • We don’t accept cash, payment will be online.

Studio Rules & Conduct

5.1. Respectful Environment:

  • We strive to create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all. Please be respectful of other clients, instructors, and staff.

  • Please turn off or silence your mobile devices during classes and appointments.

  • Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior is unacceptable and may result in the suspension of your membership or services, along with other applicable penalties.

5.2. Food and Drink:

  • Please refrain from consuming food in the studio unless it’s part of a designated event or workshop.

  • Water is available, and you are encouraged to stay hydrated before and after your classes or treatments.

Privacy & Confidentiality

6.1. Personal Information:

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal or health information with third parties without your consent.

  • We collect and store data for booking purposes and to better serve you, in compliance with our privacy policy.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

7.1. Changes:

  • Kun Club reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.​
